Rebecca Hyde, Managing Director
Co-founder of Archway, Rebecca is a specialist within Office Support, Management and Executive vacancies, having spent over 13 years working within Independent and National recruitment agencies in the local Office Support and Executive arena.
Rebecca and Stephen established Archway in 2000, after feeling disillusioned with the lack of personal service, standards and continuity being offered by other agencies.
Rebecca is very proud of the success and reputation that Archway has built over the last 10 exciting years and firmly believes that a commitment to high standards in client service, honesty and team work, are the key to their winning formula. Rebecca is driven by her passion for recruitment, a commitment to high standards and providing a knowledgeable and highly professional service. She thoroughly enjoys balancing the day to day running of the business with the fun and delights of being proud Mum to her four year old son and one year old daughter.
Stephen Court, Director
Co-founder of Archway, Stephen is an entepreneurial and inspiring individual, who can turn his hand to almost anything of a technical or accountancy nature. With an extensive background within the Engineering/Technical field, Stephen's official title is that of 'Technical Guru'. With his hands on, solutions orientated approach, Stephen is always keen to inject his energy into projects and development opportunities within the business.
