Rebecca Hyde, Managing Director - Executive Division
Co-founder of Archway, Rebecca specialises in Management and Executive vacancies, having spent over 11 years working within Independent and National recruitment agencies in the local Office Support and Executive arena.
Rebecca and Stephen established Archway in 2000, after feeling disillusioned with the lack of personal service, standards and continuity being offered by other agencies.
Rebecca is very proud of the success and reputation that Archway has built over the last 8 exciting years and firmly believes that a commitment to high standards in client service, honesty and team work, are the key to their winning formula. Rebecca is driven by her passion for recruitment, a commitment to high standards and providing a knowledgeable and highly professional service. She thoroughly enjoys balancing the day to day running of the business with the fun and delights of being proud Mum to her two year old son.
Stephen Court, Director
Co-founder of Archway, Stephen is an entepreneurial and inspiring individual, who can turn his hand to almost anything of a technical or accountancy nature. With an extensive background within the Engineering/Technical field, Stephen's official title is that of 'Technical Guru'. With his hands on, solutions orientated approach, Stephen is always keen to inject his energy into projects and development opportunities within the business.
Natasha Dougall, Recruitment Consultant - Senior Office Support Division
With over six years experience within the local professional office recruitment marketplace, Natasha runs our Senior Office Support Division.
Having worked within National and Independent Office Support based recruitment agencies in the local Gloucestershire area, Natasha's extensive knowledge, experience and honest approach, enable her to offer an extremely responsive, informed and knowledgeable service to her Clients and Candidates alike.
During Natasha'a recruitment career to date, she has earned a strong reputation for her professionalism, drive and enthusiasm. Natasha pours a huge amount of energy and effort into her work and takes great pride in her commitment towards delivering excellent permanent Senior Office Support staffing solutions.
Natasha could be likened to a magpie as she has a sharp eye for 'nice things' and appreciates the sparkly side of life!
Beth Alcock, Branch Administrator
Beth joined Archway recently, after spending several successful years within a key office support role within the Sales and Marketing arena. Uber organised, supportive and super efficient, Beth co-ordinates the office, is responsible for Reception, Administration and Marketing.
Beth also heads up our sweet & chocolate department!
